Ladies and Gentlemen,

It is my honor and privilege to be here on this great platform, especially in Athens, where human civilization began. As someone who shares a birthplace with Lord Buddha and hails from the top of the planet where Mount Everest stands, this moment is incredibly special to me.

I have always advocated for local initiatives, youth, and women's empowerment. I believe in the power of borderless cooking, embodying the "Taste of Ambassador" slogan: "Taste Unites the World." It is through the universal language of food that we can bridge cultures and bring people together.

I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Kris Pokharel for recommending me and to the chairman Philip Koutras for recognizing my contributions. Over the past quarter-century, I have dedicated myself to the culinary world. From participating in the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar to serving as the head chef for Formula 1, and traveling the globe to cook for 81 prestigious airlines and the world's heads of state, it has been an extraordinary journey.

Receiving this Gold Medal for "Ambassadors Taste of Gastronomy 2024" is a tremendous honor. This award marks just the beginning of my continued journey in the culinary arts. I will cherish and uphold the values it represents.
